Mulian provided project management services during the pre-construction phase of the Nahid on Kennedy project, a 12-story condominium located at 615 Kennedy Road. Mulian supervised the demolition of the single-story community center and oversaw geothermal work in the initial stage. Mulian supported the project owners in coordinating designs with consultants and establishing preliminary budgets and schedules.
